360° virtual tours

360° virtual tours for hotels, resorts and lodges

Let guests walk through your property before they book. An interactive virtual tour answers the questions a photo gallery cannot: how big the room really is, what the view from the deck looks like, how far the sauna is from the cabin.

Why a virtual tour

The closest thing to visiting before you book

The more a stay costs and the harder it is to reach, the more a guest wants certainty before paying. A virtual tour gives them that. They can stand in the room they are considering, turn around, step out onto the deck, walk to the dining room and check the view. The hesitation that stalls a booking mostly disappears, and so do a lot of the emails asking what the second bedroom looks like.

Tours also work as a sales tool for your team: send a wedding planner straight into the event space, show a group organizer every cabin in one link, or put the tour on a tablet at a trade show.

What is in a tour

Every room type, the common spaces, the grounds and the sky

I capture every room type and suite, the dining and lounge areas, the spa or wellness spaces, the decks and viewpoints, and the paths between them so the tour feels like walking the property. Aerial 360° panoramas from the drone show the setting from above. Info hotspots can hold photos, video, descriptions and booking links, and a floor plan or map keeps guests oriented. The tour carries your branding, not mine.

Where it lives

On your website, on Google, and in your sales emails

The tour is hosted online and embeds on your website with a single line of code. Every room has its own share link, so your reservations team can send a guest straight to the suite they are asking about. It links from your Google Business Profile, plays on any phone or desktop, and works in VR headsets for trade shows and sales meetings. When your property changes, individual spaces can be reshot and swapped in without rebuilding the whole tour.

How is this different from Google Street View?

A Street View tour is a fixed walk-through inside Google Maps. The tours I build are hosted on their own, embed on your website, carry your branding, and can include photos, video, floor plans, aerial 360° views and booking links. I can also link the tour from your Google Business Profile so you get the visibility as well.

How long does it take to capture a tour?

A single vacation rental takes a few hours. A lodge with several cabins, common spaces and grounds usually takes one to two days, and it is almost always combined with photography, video and drone work in the same trip.

Does the tour work on phones?

Yes. It works on any phone, tablet or desktop browser, with touch and gyroscope control on mobile, and in VR headsets for trade shows and sales meetings.

Can we add booking links inside the tour?

Yes. Hotspots can link straight to your booking engine, to a room page, or to a contact form, so a guest who is standing in the suite can book it from there.

Can I embed it on my website?

Yes. The tour embeds with a single line of code, and each room or space has its own share link for emails, social posts and listing pages.

How is the tour hosted?

The tour is hosted online and kept live for you. Hosting terms are part of the quote, and individual spaces can be reshot and swapped in later when your property changes.

Can the tour include drone views?

Yes. Aerial 360° panoramas are one of the most popular parts of the tours I build, because they show guests exactly where the property sits in its landscape.
